How do I dietmaxx?

I'm curious what your ideas on what a "good" diet is.
Really depends on your goals. The ideal should be that you get all your nutrients and eat from a variety of sources (meat, cereals, dairy products if you're not lactose intolerant, vegetables and fruits). Don't do sum bullshit like keto.

why's keto bullshit?

Not sustainable in the long term and carbohydrates are not bad for your body, they're in fact your main source of quick energy. If you want to lose weight and fat all you need to do is eat in a deficit.

of course carbs aren't inherently bad. but whys it "not sustainable" in the long term?

Eat less but keep yourself satiated. Eat less don't mean below 1,000 calories.

Eat more fibre and protein. Make sure you get all nutrients. Sleep well and stress less cuz sleep and mood affects leptin levels.

Or maybe start intermittent fasting. Eat in 8 hour window. If you don't move, no use of diet

More prone to heart problems and hypoglycemia, shouldn't be a concern for you tho since you want to gain weight and people who hop on keto is for quick weight loss.

the heart problems one is a bit of an iffy point but i get the rest of what your saying. animal fat/fat in general isn't proven to increase atherogenic plaque at any rate comparable to smoking, drinking, or being fat. lipoproteins are as much of a problem as the glycocalyx lets them be.

i could go on and on about heart disease but the topic bores me. sorry for ranting. its just that i don't see "people who did everything 'right' except ate a lot of butter" having heart attacks.

Np man, all I'm doing is saying what I learned a while ago when I did research because my parents were going on the keto hype train.

yk that feeling when your flaccid dick is nice and plump and warm, and perfectly responsive like its ready to get hard at a moments notice? rather than cold and shriveled? that's the power of arginine

why would i need fiber?
gut health, its literelly proven to help clean ur gut bc u cant absorb it

Very nuanced, there's no applicable reason as to why you'd need fiber in your diet, which by itself is an anti-nutrient by definition. Many studies show reducing fiber intake improves symptoms, best to keep it low or none at all.
