How do I fix drooling nasal tip, can I do it without surgery? Also what does narrowing lower third mean?

Drooling nasal tip...? Are you sure you don't mean downturned nasal tip?

And narrowing your lower third simply means making your jaw narrower.

Yeah down turned nasal tip, is there any non surgical method to fix that?
