I've had an overbite for a very long time and since my teeth are aligned badly i think my maxillas has gotten worse, my eyes look sunk in and have a bad side profile, so bad i tried avoiding looking at myself in the mirror or turning my head in class. At this young I've heard that palatal expanders would help but i don't think it'll do enough. Is there any way i can fix this without cope so i don't end up roping in the future

Save up for bimax + genio firstly

Get a herbst appliance + palate expander + headgear for moderate help rn
Take abaloparatide + hgh for the mandible rn

Mark solution

you can either get a lf2 or a midface implant

I have the same issue. My side profile is also sh!t. Idk what should i do, prolly the first step is to consult with an orthodontist/maxillofacial surgeon. And most probably gonna get a "palate expander"
