im 5‘6 and weigh 132 lbs but i carry most of my body fat in my lower body. i know it’s normal for women to be bottom heavy but it looks really odd on me. my upper body is relatively lean so my bones stick out a lot and im also flat as hell but i have a some fat on my lower stomach and back and my thighs are ginormous. i dont care about being thick or whatever cope names people give this body type i just want to look balanced
is body recomp the only way or would starving do the trick too? im way too lazy to track macros and go to the gym which is not even an option for me bc my parents think i have an eating disorder and refuse to get me a gym membership
my measurements are 31-26-36 (or 79-66-92 in cm) if that helps visualizing my body type
