how do i fix my weird build

im 5‘6 and weigh 132 lbs but i carry most of my body fat in my lower body. i know it’s normal for women to be bottom heavy but it looks really odd on me. my upper body is relatively lean so my bones stick out a lot and im also flat as hell but i have a some fat on my lower stomach and back and my thighs are ginormous. i dont care about being thick or whatever cope names people give this body type i just want to look balanced
is body recomp the only way or would starving do the trick too? im way too lazy to track macros and go to the gym which is not even an option for me bc my parents think i have an eating disorder and refuse to get me a gym membership
my measurements are 31-26-36 (or 79-66-92 in cm) if that helps visualizing my body type

Parents are retarded ngl not allowing you to go to the gym would only put more pressure on how you go about your diet

Hm it sounds like the visuals women aim for ? Not to just be a stick but have a figure stil thin. Dont have tips but maybe it differed the trend depending on country as well as well as personal preference . Dont know your age ?but I guess young since u mentioni your parents so the body shape will chabge to a bit with age ..

honestly i havent gotten any bad comments on my body i just feel super self conscious about it thats why i want to change im 17 btw

Oh same for me at that age

it turned around maybe like 2-3years ago for me , i stopped caring and stopped having anxiety about my body as i gor older.
your still very young though so the body maybe”changes a little bit.. hm

Women will still be good looking with a more developped lower body, with a ideal ratio of fat/muscle mass.
You can try a caloric deficit (NO starving, avoid EDs) while hitting the gym and doing slow pace cardio like walking to burn extra calories
 
if its lower belly fat ur worried about i would suggest doing core exercises like planks, russian twists, and crunches which u can do in ur room without ur parents knowing. going on runs often also helps with ur abs and ur legs. if you want smaller thighs then do a lot of cardio (running, swimming, even walking), and thigh workouts like jump squats, lunges, and side lunges to make your thighs tighter. for ur diet you should only be eating around 2 meals a day (skip breakfast), and make sure the meals are filled with nutrition and fiber. try not to eat snacks, but if you want to snack, eat fruit or nuts, or something non-processed thats also low-cal.

maybe my brain is rotted from all the ed shit on social media but it genuinely does not look good i need to look malnourished

heavy cardio to lose unwanted fat then you can bulk and workout after to look proportional
