You likely have some kind of pigmentation in that region, which is common for races like indians. No it will help the puffiness, that’s why I put it at the endoh i see
i do all of those, only real fix was tinted sunscreen but obviously thats not permanent
dont know how severe this persons recession is, but i can guarantee drinking more water wont fix the bones lol
most people with recession get hollow eyes rather than puffy, but decent advice for someone who gets puffy i guessNo it will help the puffiness, that’s why I put it at the end
