How do I get smooth skin and get rid of healed acne marks

I've been using salicylic acid and niacinamide face wash and my acne is gone now although it has left some black marks at some places, and my skin is oily.

What'd be the better option for getting smoother skin and getting rid of acne marks

Alpha Arbutin
Kojic Acid
Retinol
Salicylic acid Serum

Recommend any other too which would be good

Its called hyperpigmentation Fyi, always use sunscreen

If you have money: micro needling, chemical peels or CO2 laser.
Retinol can help but I think these are much more efficient.
Konica Acid - helps with hyperpigmentation
Salicylic Acid - helps with active acne
Alpha Arbutin - also for brightening (similar to vitamin c)
