How do i glow up? 5’10 145 lbs nose piercing and ears

I’ve been very insecure lately to the point I get sad seeing myself, how do I glow up? I used to be confident and very attractive I don’t know what happened

ice makes the eye bags go away or one of those caffeine eye rollers

by health max I mean to play sports, eat protien, sleep well, go outside, avoid industrial sugars
