How to mental health max ?
be on your phone a lot less, prioritise the gym, running, walking, stretching, read (something educational or something light and fun to get into the feeling), sleep well, eat well, journal, be present, don’t interact with forums like this, practice kindness and empathy and gratitude

Like what I feel like some stuff like reading doesn’t peek my interest enough
That's mostly likely due to not reading enough over a prolonged period of time. But still, there's a lot of alternatives like sports, writing, politics, getting a job, stuff like woodworking and carpentry, programming, or just being outside and social
