hey everyone
I've got a question that's been bugging me for years my cheeks have always looked pretty full regardless of my weight at one point i was extremely skinny borderline underweight and even then my face still had noticeably chubby cheeks I've since gained weight but looking back at old photos my cheeks really didn't seem much different than they do now I'm wondering if this is just genetics facial structure or if there's actually something i can do to make my face look leaner I've heard people talk about lowering body fat percentage reducing sodium improving hydration chewing gum facial exercises and even things like buccal fat removal but I'm not sure what's legitimate and what's just internet myths has anyone else had naturally fuller cheeks even at a low body weight if so did anything help or did you just learn to accept it as part of your facial structure any advice or experiences would be appreciated
