lowkey idek but the very start of the jaw. or should i be doing something else?
Jaw muscles will not lower your ramus/gonial angle cause it's mostly about bones. + hyperthrothy of your jaw muscles make you look ugly and asymmetrical. 1732286840321.png

your looking down but your front profile is not amazing how old are you have you tried orthtropics if your young enough or wanna continue the jaw training which I would think could be beneficial for front profile and leaning out a little bit

if your older maybe grow some stubble or get a surgery of somekind

maybe if you have a bite problem see a dentist but other then that your kind cooked bro I'm the same age and I've been mewing since 17 and a half so about 8 months or so and I have not seen any noticable changes but I think surgery would benefit you a genioplasty or implant consult a surgeon maybe and they can work with you

I agree with Pavel if you don't wanna go for surgery to grow a goatte or medium length beard see if that helps the forward growth
