how do I maximize my coloring?

I’m black (west African specifically) and my skin is in between brownskin-light darkskin. I look pretty dull and lack contrast, tips?
Ive discovered I look best/ “hydrated” in warm lighting

I cannot help blacks cuz I dont know much but in General I would say, get a nice lip colour,Witzen Ur Eye thing, black out hair(sometimes not lol) and use contactlenses
