Sorry I didn't mean they are insanely thick...just not my taste. I am into very thin lower legs.

Genetics + you're short + calves muscles with a longer tendon tend to be thicker

Unless not walking for a year, there is no issues
I am not short...it is just that everyone else wore high heels meanwhile I wore flats.

they should honestly study ur body dysmorphia it's so strong

(Almost) everyone has them, esp when smiling...so idk
Even models...but i couldn t find actual candids. They still got perfect lighting and high quality camera in most of these.

I think it's possible you spend too much time looking at attractive people on the Internet and comparing your body/face to them. I'm afraid you might be using looksmaxxing as a way to validate your intrusive thoughts about your appearance.

What is the desired result here? There's not much advice you could give in regards to this specific body part because there's nothing 'wrong' about it. You already said you can't do the one thing that would be the real resolution because your BMI is already too low.

You should sincerely look into whether or not you might have BDD. It seems like you struggle to comprehend what you look like or what people think about when they see you. I'm not sure if you're seeking reassurance with this post (to be told your calves are fine) or seeking destruction (to be told your calves are actually huge or something) but either way you probably should consider taking a break and focusing on something else that is not looksmaxxing.
