Is it natural to them or something they learned?


I never understood how it comes so seemingly natural. When you stop and examine people talking to each other, they exchange words, glances and make a corresponding facial expression. It’s like an art. The average person is an artist. Their art is in the medium of conversation. I admire them. I could never be them.
