OOhhh anything you raccomend 🤔🤔🤔
Brands typically don't matter when it comes to creatine as it's one of the few well-researched and proven effective supplements in fitness and overall health.

Look into the generic brands like MyProtein, Applied Nutrition, Bulk, Free Soul, etc.
Mark as solution? 🙏
When you say bulk, do you mean you want to gain weight in general? Or in certain places like your glutes or legs? (Common womanly thing to do)

Yeah! like that
If its in certain places then I suggest you mix gym with creatine and that sort of stuff.

The way creatine works is it pulls water into muscle cells and not under the skin, it's called intracellular water retention and your muscles will often look fuller and firmer rather than 'puffy'.
