how effective is this water schedule i'v been seeing on tiktok

day 1-3 ; 3.5-6 litres of water per day within 6-8 hours
day 4-5 ; 1 - 1.5 litres a day
day 6-7 ; almost no water

does this kinda shit even work

to lose facial bloating

why not drink the recommended 2L a day
Idk if i could do day 6-7 tbh

I would say take your body weight and divide it by 30 and thats how many ounces you should ingest every 15 mins for EX: 150( Body weight ) / 30 = 5oz aka 0.142 L correct me if im wrong but im pretty sure that is the equation

If you're trying to lose facial bloating, then drinking a lot of water (relatively I guess) and then reducing it quite heavily or even to the point of stopping drinking water altogether is just not a smart way to do it, even if it's temporary. You should look into the cause of your facial bloating before you follow a random 'water schedule'. It's normally a sodium thing. Not always but still.

everyones body also reacts differently in small ways - also take in the variable of supplements a good example of a supplement that could effect you bloating is (Creatine)
