I would say take your body weight and divide it by 30 and thats how many ounces you should ingest every 15 mins for EX: 150( Body weight ) / 30 = 5oz aka 0.142 L correct me if im wrong but im pretty sure that is the equationday 1-3 ; 3.5-6 litres of water per day within 6-8 hours

If you're trying to lose facial bloating, then drinking a lot of water (relatively I guess) and then reducing it quite heavily or even to the point of stopping drinking water altogether is just not a smart way to do it, even if it's temporary. You should look into the cause of your facial bloating before you follow a random 'water schedule'. It's normally a sodium thing.
