Usually fades with weight loss so try that first then think about medical intervention!
Won't work unfortunately, it will make it more proeminent. Your best bet is to do liposuction or aqualyx.

The perioral mound is a genetically and hormonally influenced fat pad, shaped by fat distribution bone structure muscle activity overall body composition. Usually found in women cause storage in this area is due to estrogen I believe . I would advise you just loose fat and then see if it dissapears . If it dose not it means that you have maxillary retrusion or maxillary retrusion wich is not fixable by soft maxxing .

how do i know if i have maxillary issues ?

ask people here by sending side and front pics . But jaw surgery is a hard thing might not be ideal to take care of that .
