Here is the most effective— yet most simple skincare routine.
A couples years ago I had really bad acne(automatically chopped), then one day switched to this skincare routine and I’ve had clear skin since.
ALWAYS:
- drink lots of water (aim to finish 3-5 water bottles/ day)
- AVOID SUGARS HOLY FUCK! They don’t only make you fat they make u breakout
- ONLY use silk pillowcases & sheets, they harbor much less bacteria than typical cotton sheets and are super comfy)
- AVOID TOUCHING YOUR FACE!!! If you want to, make sure your hands are FRESHLY CLEAN
- ALWAYS use clean towels. I only let a towel touch my face twice, then I use a fresh one
IN THE MORNING:
- splash face with cold water
- wash face with cold water & AFRICAN BLACK SOAP

I know it looks like actual shit but it is literally the most pure soap ever
- wash AT LEAST 3 times— if your face is really oily do up to 5
- pat dry
- use a small amount of eucerin ULTIMATE HEALING CREAM. IT SHOULD LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE ONE PICTURED. NONE OF THE OTHER EUCERIN PRODUCTS ARE THE SAME

- if u don’t like to be shiny use less
* also you really have to blend it in. I normally rub it in for around 2 minutes
- use TRETINOIN 0.05% CREAM on blemishes
AT NIGHT:
- same washing routine as the morning but use warm water.
- apply as much as 2x the amount of eucerin you use in the morning. But do not apply the same amount or less, it is key to apply more before bed
- use a mini pea-sized amount of the tretinoin on areas of your face with the most acne, and pat it in
- after the general application, apply dots of it on noticeable blemishes
AFTER WORKING OUT:
- use a micellar water cleansing wipe on your face
- wash your face as soon as you can
Important note:
You have to get prescribed tretinoin by a dermatologist
I hope this helps
