I'm f15 for reference bla bla I'm 163cm 44kg yeah prolly shouldn't of been off topic but should I go 4 times a week??
depends, ur on the leaner/lighter side, so it can work, but don't go overboard. and don't skip rest. and eat more protein than ur used to.
 
2-6 times can achieve roughly the same amount of muscle growth with the right split.
For example if u want to go 2 times do full body, 6 times do ppl.
4 times allows for alot of choice, the most popular being 2x Upper lower.

like four times a week
make sure you’re eating in a calorie deficit and eating clean
light cardio on your rest days and start and end your workouts with light cardio
i like incline walks before working out to warm up try that and make sure you stretch
