how long with tret 0.05 before hyperpigmentation goes away

using it in combination with azaelic 10% for around 2 weeks now after 2 months of .025 (used to use it 2x a day so my skin got fucked)
ik about hydroquinone but dont know how to use indiamart or any of those other sorts of things
should i get hydroquinone or stick with my tret and azaelic and see if that will help it

now obv i was overexaggerating but basically prolonged use can fuck ur DNA up or smth and cause skin cancer but that's if u apply it alone, so to completely avoid side effects azelaic acid does the same shit without risking shit
