How much does lean muscle mass increase your SMV?

Why would gym help the face in anyway besides getting lean which you would be naturally
some people have years of eating like shit under their belt, which means them being lean would not happen ‘naturally.’
they would need to put the work in by going to the gym, getting activity up, and eating well.
getting lean doesn’t just happen. if someone starts off skinny fat, fat, or sometimes skinny (some skinny people have BLOATED ass faces due to lack of lean mass), you can’t just eat ‘natural’ like you think and suddenly pack on muscle from it and look good. it takes both exercise and diet for that to work.
the gym is more important than you’d think.

Exactly, that is why it was so hard for me. I started out fat with man tits and a beer belly type bloat. It takes forever to really get to a point where your physique looks decent.
 
if you are htn/chadlite/chad not very much very skinny dudes can still get play if they’re attractive enough. but if your ltn/mtn muscles are crucial to slaying
