im 18 so how much results could hard mewing show for me and how long would It take to see results my guess is minimal results after like 2-3 yrs I'm not the biggest believer tbh I'm just doing it as a healthy habit tbh.

It can be raised? Would you please elaborate because when I have my tongue suctioned on my palate my hyoid skin is glued to jaw but when I open my mouth it goes down a little
