1-2 lbs of weight loss per week is best. also, i wouldn’t trust any sites like that. weight loss is not completely linear and if it doesn’t go the way the site tells you then you might lose motivation. i understand you want a certain idea of time but just completely get rid of that mindset. just think about the fact you will just lose the weight once and keep it off, just take it slow and sustainably. dont speed up the process and expect a certain weight at a certain time. many factors go into weight. water, fluctuations, etc.
Oh, then it might be useful for you to lose a couple of pounds and go down to bmi 18. Just, again, don't do anything too extreme.150 lbs
