how much wl is healthy

It might be healthy. But I don't think you should go down to bmi of 18, you should stick around the healthy range, since 18 is more underweight. It's okay to go down to 19.
im debating on it it rlly depends on how 130 lbs looks on me

1-2 lbs of weight loss per week is best. also, i wouldn’t trust any sites like that. weight loss is not completely linear and if it doesn’t go the way the site tells you then you might lose motivation. i understand you want a certain idea of time but just completely get rid of that mindset. just think about the fact you will just lose the weight once and keep it off, just take it slow and sustainably. dont speed up the process and expect a certain weight at a certain time. many factors go into weight. water, fluctuations, etc.
