How much zinc per day for better testosterone?

I got some zinc supps (10 mg a day)
Is this enough for better testosterone or do you need more, im 15.

if you take more zinc or magnesium than needed it just wont be absorbed and youll probably have diarrhea

you cant absorb more than you need

more than you need wont increase T even if youd inject it

i don't think i get enough from diet. But maybe i can change it to 5 mg per day bcs two pills (daily dosage) are 10 mg
