How often should i "bonesmash" and what should i do to speed up recovery

im not bonesmashing im just applying pressure to the bones and im just curious how long i should rest
 
You could try thumbpulling or zygopulling as a safer alternative, although the risk of asymmetry will still be present.
 
just get ps at that point tbh
 
depends on your body, avoid lymph nodes and your circulatory system and you should be fine
