how r u guys keeping lips soft and not dry

my lips get really dry and cracky quick i have to apply chapstick like every 10 minutes and idk how to brighten their color

If ur using chapstick chapstick, I’d switch to something else. U could try something with niacinamide in it, or other brightening serums

i like to use a regular chapstick with a lip mask on top to double the hydration. i also find that the summer friday's lip balm is really good but is like $30. you can get it cheaper from second hand sellers on whatnot

yes put Vaseline or aquaphor whatever you use and then get a floss pick and just scrape all the dead skin off your lips

use Vaseline most chapsticks don’t make the problem go away and make it worse

Apply a thicker layer before bed and just generally through out the day
Try not letting it get that far to the point they start cracking

i use a combo of 100% lanolin and vaseline, also can do diy lip scrub with sugar and vaseline if theres a lot of dead skin just dont overdo it
