I've been growing at a steady pace until october-january where I jumped up by 2 inches. I'm 5'10 rn but want to reach at least 6ft
What I've been doing: eating 1-2 carrots a day, drinking a glass or 2 of milk every day, eating raw honey, exercising for the past 4 months(cardio, core, and arm workouts), sleeping 7-8 hours a night, eating protein consistently(Eggs, gluten, meat, and protein products like shakes and bars), and stretching
Supplements: Magnesium daily, melatonin when circadian rhythm is off-balance
stats: 17 male, 5'10 70 kg
Family stats: Mom 5'2, Dad 5'7, cousin 5'11, uncle 6'
