i would love to know

It would be best to see a dermatologist. Laser treatment, gold needle therapy, or prescription creams, performed under expert supervision, provide much faster and more definitive results than at home treatments

you can reduce the size of enlarged pores over time by correcting bad sleep, vitamin A serum (retinol), increasing collagen, and cleansing. Some people just have this by genetics.

Looks like nodular/cystic acne, it's most likely either of those. If you want to get rid of it you'll have to get to a dermatologist to evaluate it, but I can provide some remedies that may help if you don't want to see one. Many people would say to start off with tret, but there's more powerful retinoids-especially for acne that isn't concentrated in the dermis, but rather under it. I'd suggest getting tazarotene- which is basically just tret on steroids in layman's terms. When you go to a derma, ask them for tazarotene rather than tret to start off with. I'd suggest using it in conjunction with dermarolling for the best results, make sure you're only dermarolling twice a week to avoid damaging the skin barrier. Once you get your hands on either tret or taz, use it once nightly. If you skin isn't tolerating it, use the sandwich method which is basically where you moisturize, wait 10 mins, apply a retinoid, wait 10 mins and apply more moisturizer. Work it up until your bare skin can handle it without sandwiching. Moisturize nightly and daily while on retinoids, no excuses. If topical retinoids end up not working then you'll most likely get put on accutane which is your best bet at combating this form of acne. But, you'll likely have to take the topical road beforehand as many dermas won't jump the gun and put you straight on accutane. Alternatively, you can buy these products for yourself on the grey market but I'd suggest against it as it isn't cost effective whatsoever.
