You need be high,not so high but enough to make you not care about what's in your environment. To be honest it can be in whatever good setting you think it could be and you just need to say whatever you're thinking out loud but I hope you won't think anything weird but when you're high you're thoughts are not that deep,usually words just slip out perfectly. With this method I met a Low MTB I'd say and to be honest it's effective,but I also recommend you not being below HTN for this to not to seem creepy or harassment.
