mewing is the act of keeping the roof on your tongue of your mouth during puberty this can encourage forward growth of a bone called the maxilla which basically is a huge bone for looks.
myfocuntional is breathing swallowing and chewing properly.
chewing you should chew at least 25-30 times on each side and if a soft food bite down very hard, but ideally be eating good foods, hard foods such as apples, steak raw dairy eggs etc. beef liver raw organs, once in a while.
swallowing you should not be engaging the cheek muscle and instead rolling the food in a ball pressing it up to the roof of the mouth and then swalllong. this can also help with hollow cheeks over time.
