Genuinely just don't get seen as strong or assertive or masculine or anything of the type. I don't know if it's a fake it till you make it type of thing but i want some advice. I do lift, have been for about a year and i'm about 6ft tall so i'm not small. Really lost and it bothers me daily because i'm extremely insecure about it.

This isn't really something you can change I don't think

It really doesn't matter, your body language and the way you walk I mean.

Just target areas of weakness that DOES affect you negatively, wether mentally (social anxiety), or physically (shitty posture, seriously, don't move your head forward and straighten your shoulders!).
