My nose is already small, I've done a nose job. And I'm Brown skinned btw, which means dark circles are naturally hyperpigmented.

CCW? I don't have money for that type of surgery. My jaw is already fine, no health issues at all. Could've said lip lift, that's actually how it's treated.
