Hide it with foundation bro cause bruising is a must, my parents also questioned but I told them the real reason of why I do it , now they don't question

Tbh I tried foundation. Looks very obvious tho. My parents already know why I do it , mum doesn't care that much but dad is brutal

it wont work without bruises and you could use makeup
Does it not? I usually do it until its very red, I thought it would work if I done it till then😓 also, I tend to do a lot of sport and when I sweat I feel the foundation will come off

honestly im not really sure, as far as i know you need enough force to make a subperiostic hematoma, which means a direct traumatism in the bone; so just "red" wouldn't make the work

but im probably missinformating so dnr me

foundation isn't great for that it will come off when u sweat its better to hide it with hair or like a bandana maybe but yeah bruises do help make it look more realistic tho so idk what to tell u htn bro
