How to create the appearance of wider hips?

I’ve been working out for a couple years and I’d say that I have above-average glute projection but from the front, my hips are almost nonexistent. Is there anything I can do to create the illusion of wider hips?

  • Cable hip abductions
  • Side-lying leg raises
  • Banded lateral walks
are good for working the sides

Except lean bulk and hoping your genetic allow you to stock a bit lf fat in the hips instead of love handles, and training your hip abduction (meaning gluteus medius, minimus and tensor fascia lata muscles, on the side)
