RESULTS OF CUTTING SUGAR FOR JUST A WEEK:
STARTING OUT
METHOD 1:
in this method we won't completely cut out sugar instantly but rather lower our intake.
Switch to more natural tasting or lower sugar foods (dark chocolate, yogurts, oats, etc.) In this method we still want to make sure we're not overconsuming sugar and therefore will limit ourselves to only one sugary snack or meal a day. It's important that we increase the consumption or naturally occurring sugars (honey, fruits, etc.) While using this method so we can adapt our taste buds for a natural diet.

METHOD 2:
in this method we will be cutting out unnatural sugars entirety but instead consume sweetners (preferably natural sweetners such as stevia and monk fruit.)
We will rely on things such as diet drinks, gums and even homemade ice cream in order to curb sugar cravings. Like the previous diet we will be consuming good amounts of natural sugars.
FOR BOTH METHODS!!
gradually decrease consumption of sugar and sweetners overtime (except natural duh) untill your cravings are low to non existent (if this doesn't happen with in 2 or 3 months move on from this stage regardless)
FOR WHEN YOU COMPLETELY CUT SUGAR:
Increase diet to higher protein and high in fruit. Cheat days are okay once or twice a month but I would recomend having as few as possible for best results.
DISTRACTION IS KEY!
thinking about a sweet treat? Go out with friends, go to the gym or take a nap. Cutting out any food group is largely mental and you need to remind yourself the guilt is not worth it, YOU WILL REGRET IT
Keep treats outside of the house. If it's not in reach you'll be less likely to go the distance to get it and will have more time to think about what you're doing

Sugar: the facts
Most adults and children in the UK eat too much sugar. Cut down by eating fewer sugary foods, such as sweets, cakes and biscuits, and drinking fewer sugary fizzy drinks.

I’m not going to sit here and sugarcoat everything. I’m not going to make a bunch of sections, bold everything, and make everything nice and comfortable for a reader with no attention span. If you care about the message I have to give, then you are willing to read every molecule of what this thread has to provide. Now, with that being said, let's get into this topic.
Today, the average man has lower testosterone levels than his ancestors. We as men are generally more distracted, less driven, lazy, and unproductive. This isn’t a random thing. Today we can look around our world. Social...
