Icing your face and lymphatic massages/gua sha is temporary so good only for taking photos imo. It will be a hassle to do it everyday.
To "debloat" you need to apply a proper caloric deficit when you reduce your calories intake, most likely from refined sugar and carbs/oils. Running everyday is counter productive, stick to walking everyday instead, or doing low-impact cardio like bicycle.
Body armor and coconut water are a gimmick and it will be just expensive. Stick to potassium chloride to season your food as an alternative to salt, and buy sparkling water w/ few green limes if you want electrolytes.
Consider that debloating/losing face fat takes time, few months up to a 1+ year
