Having meals rich in fibers & proteins, then instead of drinking water, going for sparkling water or sugar-free sodas (but test which artificial sweetener your gut microbiome tolerate the most, on paper aspartame is better than sucralose, stevia, acefulmate-k etc)

Yeah tbh i had a diet at it was full beef tartare and i dont get hungry i eat my tartare and i was feeling full ( i didn’t do this diet bc of goatis )
So yeah its accurate and i drink coffee that a hack too tbh like espresso
