Today I will be gifting you fuckers knowledge with how to do a nosejob at home with the price tag of only around £20, with the use of lypolitics a needle.

This thread is mainly for refining the nose and reducing bulbosity

If you want to reduce the nose tip size, this thread is perfect

IF you want to reduce nostril size, this thread is perfect.

If you want to improve the nasolabial angle/fix droopy tip, this thread is perfect.

If you want to refine the nose bridge, this thread is perfect.

If you want to fix your bird beak Daniel Larson ass nose made out of pure fucking bone, this thread is not for you.

This of course varies on anatomy, people with an already refined nose will most likely have snatched fat and skin where if they were to touch their nose it'd have minimal squish. A nose with less fat and skin would also have a very clear soft border of where the cartilage appears, rather than softness in the nose tip

The nostrils are special, since it's only made up of fat and skin in all people essentially.

The Equipment

Will roughly be £30, the goal is to get both aqualyx and lipolab to make the lypolitic cocktail that the nose can handle (10-20% aqualyx with the rest being lipolab), if you were to inject straight aqualyx into your nose you'd burn through the skin (I was retarded and done this ages ago)

  • A vial of aqualyx (deoxycholic acid, will be the primary fat dissolver)

  • A vial of Lipolab (Phosphatidylcholine breaks down fat but in a more tame manner, Sodium Deoxycholate which emulsifies fat making it easier, L-Carnitine which increases fat metabolism). This will be used to essentially dilute the cocktail.

  • 6mm Insulin syringes (the mm depth that you will be using will be around 2-4mm typically during this)

You will become blind if you inject liquids into an artery, it will flow through the artery to the eye and blind you

Your skin will burst or die off if you inject too quickly or just pin too much in one area

If you pin at the bone layer (wtf are you doing) you will enter severe pain

If you done a successful injection(s), but you lay down after for a long period of time, the fluids will migrate and enter the wrong areas, that being potentially the eyes.

The cocktail

We are going to make a cocktail that is in total 50 units/half a ml of liquid (Aqualyx concentration 20%)

- Draw Aqualyx first into the insulin syringe, about 10units

- Then draw lipolab and fill the syringe to the 50unit mark, this then creates the 20% aqualyx 80% lipolab cocktail

- Bubble mix within the syringe, draw air to the 100unit mark and flip the syringe upside down and rightside over repeatedly so the air pushes the liquid up and down (flick the needle a bit if the liquid stalls) do this for 60 seconds

I will split up each section of the nose here, so if you want to do nose tip only then you just have to open up one section for example
Universal Tips:
Skin layer is the first initial piercing of the needle, it's tough to pierce into
Fat layer comes after, it's that feeling when the needle feels smooth in the flesh
Bone/cartilage is like bedrock, if you push the needle it won't go further, the fat layer is usually 2mm back from it

If skin turns white during injection, it means too much pressure and blood isn't circulating, this can be normal if you inject too fast, but if it persists even after injection then warm and massage the area

Recommended doses in this section: 0.2ml - 0.4ml (My personally used dose was 0.3ml/30 units)

For width, start by finding the crease of the nose tip and the nostril

1774558087637.webp

I drew a rough crease, with a standardised straight line in yellow. you don't have to draw line on your face, just find the crease skin.

This should be very visible, we are going to place Dot 1 (lower side nose tip), grab a ruler or a measuring tape of some sort, measure 2-3mm from the crease towards the nose tip, place a dot with a marker on that spot.

1774558177320.webp

Should look similar, not identical, I do not have a ruler in drawing.

Now, using Dot 1 as a landmark, use your measuring tool and go 1cm above Dot 1 to mark Dot 2

1774558207590.webp

Now in reality, the dots are probably going to be a bit more to the side possibly, just go accordingly with measurements and feel of the nose sections, rather than pure visuals of my drawings. Mirror this on the opposite side.

Insert the needle 3-4mm deep from a side angle

Aspirate (should know what this is already)

Inject slow if aspiration is a success

Repeat process in other dots
Recommended doses in this section: 0.2ml (My personally used dose was 0ml lmao, if I nuked this shit I'd become a jew)

For projection, start by finding the midline of the nose, mark the very centre dot.

1774556041698.webp

btw the actual pic of this person's nose is slightly angled, hence why my markings look off

From dot 1, if you want to reduce the projection of your Supratip break (image below) then mark dot 2 AROUND 1cm above dot 1.
(feel around your nose, make sure you want marking the nasal bridge which feels like hard cartilage, make sure your dot feels like it's on a fatty bulb)
1774556257182.webp

1774556324324.webp

(Note: The lower portion of the nose will be in a separate section, do not worry)

Pinch fat optionally, for dot 1, insert needle 3mm deep at an upward angle

Aspirate

Inject slowly

For dot 2, repeat but choose a smaller dose if considerate, can inject from a downward angle also
Recommended doses in this section: 0.1-0.2ml

For people suffering from a droopy nose tip, this can be improved through doing this.

First, feel around the bottom of the nose, specifically the joint centre of the 2 nostrils. The goal here is to feel the separation between the cartilage zone and the fatty area, the cartilage zone

1774558442951.webp

An easy way to do this is by doing a pig nose with your finger (pushing your nose tip up with your finger from the bottom). By then you can feel the cartilage resistance and then the part where it's fatty.

1774558662835.webp

Under red line = cartilage

Make a mental map of this redline.

2mm from this line, draw dot 1 in the centre of the lower nose tip

1774559612334.webp

2-3mm from dot 1 diagonally up and to the side, mark dot 2

1774559688883.webp

Now, mirror this for the opposite side.

Insert the needle 2-3mm deep

For dot 1, angle it from underneath the nose tip, dot 2 slightly diagonally underneath, same on the other side

Aspirate each time

Inject slowly
Recommended doses in this section: 0.2ml - 0.3ml

This section is heavily anatomy dependant, for someone like me I have a normal convex nasal bridge with minimal flatness, other people might have a flatter nasal bridge, this makes it hard to mark. Also you may not even need to do this if yours is already refined. Most pictures also don't have shadows visible enough to see where bone is, so my markings will look shitty.

Also, dissolving this area may make your 3/4th look less straight if you inject too high up (not vertically) the nasal wall

For dot 1, place it 1cm above where dot 2 would've been placed in the "Nose Width" section. Make sure it's high on the side of the nasal wall and not near the base, about 2mm from the centre bone.

1774560905187.webp

From dot 1, place dot 2 1cm above as followed

1774561034285.webp

And if you have a longer nose, you can even do a dot 3 1cm above dot 2, always stop once you reach near the medial canthus start of the eye.

Pinching fat is recommended for helping the needle pierce

Go 2mm deep

Aspirate

Inject slowly
Recommended doses in this section: 0.2ml

This section is quite well rounded for everyone, nostrils is only made up of skin and fat, then a tiny bit of muscle.

For dot 1, find the nostril cheek crease on the horizontal, move 3-4mm away into the nostril from that crease

1774562813196.webp

For dot 2, place it on the side bulk of the nostril, I didn't really measure I just kinda eyeballed it out it was like 2mm off the crease but lower vertically.

1774563142709.webp

(Note, some people might not even need 2 dots)

Pin from an upward angle that points down to the jaw/chin, I know it's odd, you'd have to manoeuvre the syringe with both hands.

Go 2mm deep, make sure not to go too deep or you'll hit the mucus membrane layer

Aspirate

Inject slowly, if it stings like really bad you prob hit the mucus membrane layer, move the needle back.

Healing

Massage areas shortly after treatment

Do not lie your head down for the next 3 hours or else migration will occur

If you have any tight plasters, apply them to the nose tip

Risk lookout

If you notice any sustained whiteness in skin, massage and warm the area aggressively

View attachment 318106
I drew a rough crease, with a standardised straight line in yellow. you don't have to draw line on your face, just find the crease skin.

This should be very visible, we are going to place Dot 1 (lower side nose tip), grab a ruler or a measuring tape of some sort, measure 2-3mm from the crease towards the nose tip, place a dot with a marker on that spot.

View attachment 318107

Should look similar, not identical, I do not have a ruler in drawing.

Now, using Dot 1 as a landmark, use your measuring tool and go 1cm above Dot 1 to mark Dot 2

View attachment 318108

View attachment 318090
btw the actual pic of this person's nose is slightly angled, hence why my markings look off

View attachment 318091
View attachment 318093

View attachment 318110

An easy way to do this is by doing a pig nose with your finger (pushing your nose tip up with your finger from the bottom). By then you can feel the cartilage resistance and then the part where it's fatty.

View attachment 318113

Under red line = cartilage

Make a mental map of this redline.

2mm from this line, draw dot 1 in the centre of the lower nose tip

View attachment 318134

2-3mm from dot 1 diagonally up and to the side, mark dot 2

View attachment 318135

For dot 1, place it 1cm above where dot 2 would've been placed in the "Nose Width" section. Make sure it's high on the side of the nasal wall and not near the base, about 2mm from the centre bone.

View attachment 318149

From dot 1, place dot 2 1cm above as followed

View attachment 318152

And if you have a longer nose, you can even do a dot 3 1cm above dot 2, always stop once you reach near the medial canthus start of the eye.

Pinching fat is recommended for helping the needle pierce

Go 2mm deep

Aspirate

Inject slowly
Recommended doses in this section: 0.2ml

This section is quite well rounded for everyone, nostrils is only made up of skin and fat, then a tiny bit of muscle.

For dot 1, find the nostril cheek crease on the horizontal, move 3-4mm away into the nostril from that crease

View attachment 318204

For dot 2, place it on the side bulk of the nostril, I didn't really measure I just kinda eyeballed it out it was like 2mm off the crease but lower vertically.

View attachment 318208

If you notice any sustained whiteness in skin, massage and warm the area aggressively

can you come and do it for me😔

I love it but I don’t like the alar part. On alar reduction you should ideally use Botox.

I love it but I don’t like the alar part. On alar reduction you should ideally use Botox.
alars the safest zone ironically, but yeah the fat dissolvers wont get rid of the width that the muscle dictates, it will get rid of some width that’s just from removing the bulk

So I just injected into the void then I’m guessing, lmao. Same as this clinic

This bitch is 30% bf
Anyone with a decent leanness will have very little fat in the nose

View attachment 318090
btw the actual pic of this person's nose is slightly angled, hence why my markings look off

Trvth Nuking The Low IQs

View attachment 318090
btw the actual pic of this person's nose is slightly angled, hence why my markings look off

View attachment 318093
