This is just a rehash of the thread I posted on my now deleted org account, but I find it really important for anyone who wants to dress well

1. 3-5 sets of shoulder press
2. Bench press
3. Maximize protein
4. (Optimal) be 5'9 or above

The truth of the matter is that fashion is really fucking easy, with most of it just being to wear a well fitting shirt and pants. The main thing that affects your fashion are your frame, your arms, and of course your face, but you already knew that.

Apart from facial features and height, the most important thing for models is that they have a large FRAME. A large frame helps clothes drape better on your body, and therefore they look better on your body

Quote from Rick Owens, one of the most renowned fashion designers

"Working out is modern Couture. No outfit is going to make you look or feel as good as having a fit body. Buy less clothing and go to the gym instead."
FRAME

Furthermore, for my 5'9-5'11 brahs who feel like roping because they haven't reached the magical 6 yet, improving your frame can actually make you look TALLER.

An example of this is Haruma Miura, who looks well above 6ft in every photo he's in despite being 5'10, this is because of his frame

If you want to fraud frame, you can wear multiple layers of clothing, especially under sweaters, coats, and dress shirts

ARMS

Arms are also important, since arm sleeves that hug your arms helps with making you look taller and more fit aswell.

Working arms is extremely easy since almost every exercise that requires dumbells or the top half of the body will work your arms.

If you still want to fraud arms or make it easy, wear clothes below your size, baby tees, or conceal your arms with a sweater or coat.

Almost every attractive guy you see girls swooning over has good arms or at least arms that hug the sleeves

ACTUAL FASHION PART
Even though I spent all of last thread talking about how its not about the clothes, not wearing absolute bullshit is pretty important, and is an easy halo
Top
Graphic tees(As long as its something cool like a university or a rock band(have to be popular like The Beatles or The Smiths) and not nerdy shit like an anime or videogame)
Baby tees
long sleeve
sweaters
Tanktop(If you're lean)
Collared shirt
Bottom

Skinny jeans(If you don't have swole ass legs)
Baggy jeans(To an extent)
Bootcut jeans(easily the best if you want to appeal to alt girls)
black pants
monochromatic shorts
athletic shorts

For socks, long white ones are the safe pick, and just use any shoes that give you height and aren't open toed

DO NOT WEAR BAGGY SHIRTS IF YOUR JEANS AREN'T BAGGIER. YOU WILL LOOK LIKE A r****d AND IT IS PRACTICALLY UNFIXABLE. DO NOT WEAR JORTS. YOU'RE NOT A NT NDR NORMIE FROM UTAH.

DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT WEAR GRAPHIC PANTS.
Colour pairing isn't something I wanna talk about(Since idk shit about it) but if you have a white top, you'll be safe with whatever bottom colour you wear.

You can also use this wheel for some guidance

(the arrows point to the colours that go well with eachother)
MY EXPERIENCE
Personally I started applying most of this just this year, and it has had a TREMENDOUS EFFECT. I look way better in photos, I look way taller in photos, and I've been able to add most of my old clothes back into my closet since I improved my frame.
