how to figure out if i have a flat maxilla or recessed?

my upper lip looks less than my lower lip
as in my upper lip is sort of thinner
however i dont have like a fucked up bite or anything which is why i figured it was flat
i also have moderately deep smile lines and eyebags despite 9 hrs of sleep every night
i just want to know for myself

theres supposed to be millimeter ratios which you can tell if maxilla recessed cuz of that, but the thing is you can't really tell without orthodontic consultation

but are there not telltale signs? like when you look like a mouthbreather and your lower jaw jutts forward and whatnot

if your mid face is very flat, (send me a photo as I cannot tell from nothing), rickets line is horizontal, dry lips, scalloped tongue you have a recessed maxilla
