you can try some pseudo science shit like towelpulling, chewing, bringing your mandible upwards by thumbpulling, mewing, etc. most of these things will not work at all or are very slow. you will have better chances with orthodontics appliances. most people with jaw recession after a certain age require palate expansion + lower jaw surgery. check for over or deep bite.
if you want you can try something like what Jordan Wood shows on his socials, even tho most people call him cope, but thats your choice.
