i have assymetry on my left side , because my whole life ive been sleeping on that side. most solutions here suggest that i should sleep on the other side but its just not comfortable , i end up rolling around in bed and only fall asleep when im on the left side

assymetry isnt that important unless its severe tbh but what exactly is assymetrical? like ur zygos, mandible or wat

that could be cus u have a crossbite or cus u chew more on one side than the other and the masseter gets bigger, i cant think of anything else that could cause that

i checked i dont have a crossbite , but i do need to wide my palate to fix very slight crowding i have

ye u should do that then, It could be the latter or something else, assymetry doesnt matter that much anyway
