See if they are hyperpigmentation, if you are more in the browner skin Than you have more melanin production, use something like vitamin c for it. And tbh kojic acid soap, it does remove pigment and especially dark circles. (GET THE LEGIT ONE) also might be health indicators, just eat well also and do what's good for ur body.

caffeine serum, undereye cream, and putting a spoon in the freezer at night then putting them over your eyes in the morning worked wonders for me

try to get one that matches your skin tone better

hard to say with out seeing your face but the cerva ve one looks great for me

than still do the things said, it isnt rlly the same since browner skin has more melanin, if u had them since u were young it could be genetics.

most of the things that are said to help, wont make a difference.
just use concealer, and if youre really pale then get tan, so the contrast isnt noticable

isnt retinol to prevent aging

not just anti-aging retinol is good for a bunch of things, see if you can get a tretinoin prescription from a dermatologist or even on a telehealth call if that's available in your country. start slowly because it can irritate and dry the fuck out of your face at first (especially on thin parts of the skin like under the eyes). derms hand it out like candy. i'm 19 and have been prescribed it since i was 14 for mild acne. another thing is it's also good for preventing stretch marks and fading the appearance of very slight stretch marks. i use it on my hips as well as my face. i've heard it can improve the appearance of cellulite too but i don't have that problem so i can't testify to that.
other downsides on top of it being irritating at first is it also makes you very sensitive to uv but yall should be wearing sunscreen anyways.

sometimes its not eyebags its just recessed infra orbitals which are permanent and not removable without surgery so just fraud with concealor
