Which includes stuff like eating like shit but physical stress like being told to do shit by a boss or teacher, gymcelling and bad sleep is way worse so focus on that

try eye retinol (it will improve the thickness of the skin, DONT use regular retinol) and a caffeine serum/cream (dont use coffee grounds or something like that cause the skin around your eyes is super sensitive and it will just make it worse by fucking up the collagen and shit)
