Change your pillow sheets and bed sheets regularly, take a shower at least an hour before sleeping to avoid moisture in your sheets, get an anti-fungus shampoo like Nizoral

Dawg it's really not a big deal, you can get it for like 14 dollars in a pharmaceutical boutique. What I've said earlier works too
