If i understand you correctly
The hair at the ends is curling up bc its reaching your shoulders this should go away in a month or 2, it just happens because your hair is touching your shoulders

The bangs you can try to style them get some pins to pin it back

Honestly not much else you can do the curling you can try and use some oils or hesr to straighten it out
