How to fix my god awful lower third

looks like if a twink was born as a asian femboy waiting to be cucked. About to finish aligners in a month or two trying to fix my lower third before that finishes so my aligners stop frauding my bone structure before that time one side is slightly more recessed than the other and right is larger than left. Private message for serious helpers and for photos of my face
