Lean bulk, so increasing your calories, focusing on compound movements like hip thrusts & squats mainly, meaning becoming stronger & stronger at it.
And then once you become strong, you can add accessories exercises like wide stance split squats, abductor machine, and high pulley leg kickbacks

Idk, it's mostly genetics anyways. I'm saying that cuz retarded chicks be thinking that starving and having EDs will make them attractive

Train to failure, hypertrophy should be 6-12 reps per set.
 
Ive been seeing 2 forms of failure. Do i train untill i cant keep proper form or do i train untill my body cant take it anymore?
Until you physically can't make a rep at a full ROM.

Should i switch maybe hipthrust or leg press to a rdl? Since like i have no fucking idea

Hiptrusts are hitting the gluteus maximus (meaning the most part of the ass) while the rdl is targetting different smaller muscles under the gluteus maximus (which is still a part of the ass) alongside lower back and hamstrings muscles. And legpress is a quad dominant exercise.
If you can, you should do both 3

I feel like i already have a bunch of shit in my leg day like leg extensions, hamstring curls,adductors hip abductiors, cable kickbacks

Then remove them and focus first on the meat & potatoes of the glutes growth, heavy hip thrusts & squats (can be belt squat if your gym has one). Tons of volume doesn't means more growth

Hip thrusts, rdls, Bulgarian split squats, and hip abductions are the best but don’t forget to train other muscle groups too. These will also target other leg muscles besides glutes so it’s not really necessary to do other isolation exercises

You should always try to keep proper form so if you physically can’t that probably means you’re close to failure

Like i can hip thrust quite a bit of weight but my form starts failing bc one of my hips is stronger then the other and im no where near close to failure

If there’s that much of a disparity then you could try single leg hip thrusts? That could accommodate for the difference in strength but you should try to equalize it by paying extra attention to the weaker side

Yeah like i try to do 80kg hip thrusts one of my hips shoots straight up the other is really really struggling. But i was told it might be bc i carry my bag on one side??

I’m not sure about the bag thing, I’m guessing it’s just a regular shoulder bag, it’s very common to have a bias for and side that’s stronger so I wouldn’t worry about it too much just pay extra attention to the weaker side. Also, you don’t have to do super heavy on hip thrusts for it to be effective especially if you just started
